Mintalicious

I don't know about you all, but I can tell when I'm looking at a design choice that resonates with me; however, I sometimes struggle to identify what's missing or what needs to be changed in spaces that don't.

Does that even make sense? Like, if I saw a photo of a dining room with a, say, turquoise pitcher on the table, I could point at it and say, "wow, that pitcher is perfect." Conversely, if I were to look at the same photo without the pitcher, it would be hard for me to think to myself, "you know what this place needs? A turquoise pitcher."

Anyway. I was sitting in my home today and -- now this is a rarity for me, people -- I realized I really need a little more pale mint green around.

I mean, how lovely is this color:

The trick, for my space, will be subtlety. I'm not repainting walls or doing massive furniture. But, yes, a touch of mint is so fresh and pretty.

    1. Maybe this all stems from my love of choc-chip mint ice cream? Let's analyze...
